I’m Koree, and I’m excited to introduce you to Grace in Business.
Grace in Business is a passion project of mine that I decided to breathe life into in late 2023, after a roller coaster of a year — in life and in business. The idea behind this community is simple … to create a space where faith and business come together. A space where like-hearted women can lock arms and grow — as leaders, as business owners, as ideators, as moms, as friends, and most importantly, as imperfect women craving grace in all we do.
A space where we cheer each other on, share what’s on our hearts, lift each other up, chase our professional dreams together, and where we find encouragement for every part of our lives.
My hope is that it can be the soft place to land on those hard days when business feels more like a battle than a passion. And also where we celebrate — not just the milestones but the tiny victories that often go unnoticed. It’s where you can share the vision that keeps you up at night, the goals that set your soul on fire, the problems you need a little creative help solving, and even the setbacks that remind us we’re human.

What is Grace in Business?
Right now, it’s simply a free Facebook group where women in business can connect and form a sisterhood of grace. It’s where we, as women, can share business ideas and strategies, but also so much more. It’s where we can also share our lives, our faith, our dreams, and where we can lock arms to support each other not only as entrepreneurs, but as friends walking a faith-filled journey through the messiness of life.

What’s Next for Grace in Business?
To be honest, I have no clue. 😊 Maybe it’s a podcast. Maybe it’s a larger business community. I truly have no idea what God has planned for this, but I feel like he’s asking me to just show up, create the space, and be the vessel. A Little More About Me:
Hey y’all! 👋 I’m Koree, the owner of Koree Ritter Consulting and the founder of Grace in Business. As a Brand Strategy + Marketing Planning Consultant, I help purpose-driven business owners solidify their strategy and take action on their marketing ideas so they can grow their business with confidence and clarity.
At the end of the day, I do what I do so I can help other business owners create more good in the world.
I started my business in 2019 when the marketing agency I had been working at for quite some time unexpectedly closed. I loved what I was doing — blending strategy, project management, and client support — for a variety of clients from big pharma, to higher education, to nonprofits and small start-ups. And I still had a lot of ambition and a passion for helping others. But I also had this gut feeling that my career path forward might be a bit different than I expected. So, I listened to the tiny voice in my head saying “What if you tried something different and gave it a shot on your own?” and I took a giant leap of faith. It was exhilarating and terrifying (after all, I’m a 2 on the Kolbe Quickstart scale) … and Koree Ritter Consulting was born.
Supporting others through my own business has allowed me to fulfill my mission of building relationships with amazing, kind, and purpose-driven business owners while using my skills in creative, unique ways.
I’m able to bring an integrated agency-style approach to business owners in a holistic way that blends creative collaboration, marketing planning, brand strategy, and project management. And in doing so, I’m able to help bring their ideas to life and create the impact they’ve always dreamed of — without the overwhelm.
I’ve also learned throughout the course of my professional journey (both in corporate America and as an entrepreneur) that, aside from the fact that I love what I get to do every day in my business, I also have a deep-rooted passion for connecting and empowering amazing mission-driven women … which is what ignited the spark for Grace in Business!

- I will forever be trying to acclimate my southern heart to the freezing cold Pennsylvania winters
